  Soooooo sloow, everytime. I've watched at least 10 customers leave because there's no one at the front counter. I've been coming here for 20 years. Unfortunately this location has continually gotten worse. The lady behind the counter was very nice. But took almost 30 min to get our food. I don't want to leave a bad review, but maybe the owner will read it and try to fix the issues at this location. They need more staff and better training.

  Food was actually pretty decent. Service was average (slow but people were courteous). Atmosphere was horrible. Bathroom was locked so could not use. Lost key apparently. Trash can overflowing. No napkins. Tables were not clean.

  Stopped by at Noon on 4/8, the lady at the window is genuinely the worst worker I've ever met, got mad at me cause the AI wouldn't work and she didnt intervene. I travel for work and this is hands down the worst Wendy's I've ever been too.

  03/31/26 the employees here are absolutely oblivious of what good fast food should be. They refried the French fries 🍟 so they tasted oily and disgusting. Came back to let them know . The guy with red hair braids told me to come to front of Wendy's that he would bring them fresh to me. Been waiting over 15 minutes and no show . I've seen 4 cars come and go in that time . Ill never come back to this place again . I hope that people reading this dont go thru what me and my kids went thru . Zero stars for this place. Its 151 am please check your cameras to see that im not lying . Corporate needs to do something about this store .

  I find the the new ordering system sucks, you repeat yourself over and over, plus my experience today was one of the worst. I received the wrong sandwich, it was cold, the wrong thing that I ordered, cold fries, and the worst of all the coffee was cold, weak and taste as if they dumped a cup of sugar in it. I wasn't asked how much sugar it cream I want and it was horrible. The cashier was not pleasant at all and acted as if she didn't want to wait on me. I didn't notice my order until I got to my destination which was across the parking lot and couldn't go back to return everything so I ate what I could and threw the rest away and I was very disappointed with the service.
