  The smoothies were AMAZING and the two girls working the smoothie station killed it. We went on 4/12 at around 1:10pm. We had a promise time of 1:21 and while our smoothies were ready by 1:12, we had to wait until 1:36 pm for our food to be ready. And we ordered to go, via the app. The guy making the food was the problem. Was slow, had his phone in his gloved hand while making our food. It was weird. The burrito was square and the flatbread was burrito shaped. Also the BATHROOM. The handle on the toilet was broken and set on top of the toilet. And then, instead of putting it out of order, everyone just kept peeing in the toilet and not flushing it. It was disgusting.

  First time here. Was greeted good morning upon entry and asked my name. Upon leaving Was called my name and wished a great day. Awesome morning music playing. Clean, friendly and my breakfast for the rest of my stay. Trying the Avocolada. Yummy! I love a successful story!

  I am a regular at tropical smoothie, I usually visit the Pines location and never have issues, this is actually one of my favorite things to eat. HOWEVER IF YOU WANT TROPICAL SMOOTHIE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE CYPRESS CREEK LOCATION. This is the WORST tropical smoothie I have ever been to. I don't think I have ordered a delivery order one time and they've gotten it right. STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE
