  I ordered a carry out special from here, Monday evening. 03/23/26 I have my credit card linked with Paypal. So, I get an email showing me the transaction, in the amount of $10.70. The carry out special, (STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE) is advertised as: Any Pizza, Up To 5-Toppings for $10. No problem. I placed my order, and specified that I wanted the pan-pizza. I requested if they can cook the pizza well-done. That didn't happen. The person working the counter just handed me the box and didn't bother showing me my pizza. So, I get an email from PizzaHut asking me to participate in a survey and asking questions about food quality/service. I answered the questions honestly and said that my experience would NOT warrant another visit anytime soon. I get another email from paypal @ 12:57am this morning, 03/25/26 showing me an "ADDITIONAL CHARGE" of $5.00 was added to the transaction.. Apparently someone over there took it upon themselves to add a gratuity in which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! Essentially you are stealing from the customer, very nice guys over there. But not to worry because it is being disputed by my bank. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! Thank you for making my decision easier. You young bucks working over there have some nerve. Oh, the pizza sucked. And to think you deserved tipping YOURSELF? Unreal. This generation is heading on a collision course with reality.

  I ordered a pizza, it was supposed to be delivered by doordash! I clearly put instructions to handed to me. The driver left it on the ground somewhere else. I contacted pizzahut The store manager Bryan reached out to me to apologize and send me another pizza. It was amazing how He truly care about customer service. Thank you Bryan!!
