  I recently visited the Papa John’s at 2890 West Broward Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there appeared to be no staff present in the store, which immediately raised concerns about organization and accountability. After waiting, an employee eventually came out, but there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no communication about my order. The interaction was extremely minimal—the employee simply handed me the food without saying a word. Customer service is a basic expectation, and this felt dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the lack of visible staff created an uncomfortable environment and made it unclear who was responsible for assisting customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and in-store presence. A simple greeting and clear communication would make a significant difference.

  They couldn’t even do a regular cheese pizza correctly! There was barely any cheese and the Jalapeños was just bunched on there so sloppy !. I asked for well done ..only thing that was well done was the cheese it was extremely hard the pizza dough was doughy. It’s a hit or miss with this place !

  I was genuinely very hurt and disappointed with my order tonight. I had ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese, but what I received was far from what I expected there were multiple areas with no cheese at all, and the sauce was barely there and unevenly spread across the pizza. It felt careless and really took away from the experience. I did speak with the manager on shift, and I appreciate that he handled the situation well, but the initial disappointment with the quality of the food was still very upsetting.

  They forgot to send a sauce they we paid for n then they made drive there even tho we oder to b delivery n they where rudea out it so i went had to go drive there to get the sauce we paid for to b delivery so i got there blocked the parking lot n walked n said give the sauce n the lil 20 coke so on my way out i opened the coke n poured all over the glass door n the window next it bcu they where so rude i never go back to that location. Someone needs to get a hold of owner and have this franchise owner fired he or she doesnt know how to run a store and should lose the store

  I waited for 10 minutes and the employee saw me standing right there. He was busy making boxes but did not want to attend me. When i left he knew i was upset he came back and said he was the only employee working. All i can say is making boxes and stacking them cannot be more important than taking a customers order
