- SSShannon ScottOct 20, 20171.0The experience here is awful! They are very SLOW! Never been to a McDonald's as slow as this one and I've frequented locations all of the world. Every day the line is out the door NOT because they are super busy but because each employee only takes one order and fulfills that order before taking the next guests order. Obviously, they are scored corporately on their time because as soon as they take a order they run to push a button on the screen to clear the order. Customer service sucks and I watched an employee "manager" curse out a customer because she interrupted his social hour laughing with his friends instead of taking orders. He even threatened this hospital employee with physical violence. With McDonald's being inside an extremely busy hospital serving employees and patients you would think they would be more accommodating and pleasant especially with only 30 mins breaks using half of our much deserved breaks standing in line!!
