  Staff apparently is not familiar with their commitments when a customer uses app to order food to eat at a specific table. Instead, they let it get cold sitting on the table instead of bringing it to table. Packed in a paper bag that has "table" written on attached receipt. In addition, no refills for a high priced drink.

  Zero stars because the experience was so bad. The front of the house staff was slow and unapologetic as the line went 9 deep in the lobby waiting to be helped. It was almost like if they ignored us long enough we would go away. The back of the house staff was laughing, swearing and goofing around as we waited for food. The music was playing too loud to sit and enjoy the food. I've traveled to all 50 states and I can always count on McDonald's but this one is one of the worst I've been to. Would not recommend. Not the way you should treat your customers. This was not one worker, this was the whole crew.
