Pulled pork tacos did not have much flavor and were a little dry and crispy
The sauce was fine and made it juicy but it was just one kind of spicy rather than having multiple layers.
Presentation was good
Service was okay except waitress didn’t make much eye contact .

I walked into this place after asking the front desk whats close and they told me about Laudys. Went on a walk earlier in the day and their window said not open till 4. Came back for dinner and had the best time. Bartender Kayla was amazing, anytime I needed a drink she was there, was always asking about my feedback for the dishes I had which were amazing! Street corn was amazing, and my Banana dessert gone. This place is a guaranteed good time from the time you walk in the door. Well done Laudy Bar and staff, you guys killed it! Cant wait for the next visit.

We visited Laudy Bar on a Saturday afternoon around 2:00 PM following a friend’s recommendation. While the atmosphere was relaxed and the drinks were high-quality, there were a few operational hiccups that hindered the experience.
The Highlights: Craft Cocktails
The drinks were the standout of the visit. I highly recommend the FAT Village Refresher if you enjoy a bright, lemony profile with a subtle kick. We also tried the Riverwalk Violet, which was delicious. Despite the bartender being visible newer—frequently checking a recipe cheat sheet—the execution of the cocktails was spot on.
Areas for Improvement
Bar Inventory: We initially tried to order two other cocktails, but the bar was out of key ingredients (including basil). It would be helpful for the staff to update guests on "outs" before they spend time browsing the menu.
Service Efficiency: Despite the restaurant not being busy, our appetizer took 20 minutes to arrive. Our bartender was managing the entire bar and service well for the floor; it may be worth looking into additional support during weekend shifts so the pace doesn't lag.
The Brussels Sprouts: This was the biggest letdown. While the presentation was creative, the dish itself was over-sauced to the point of being mushy. The heavy, sweet Sriracha cream sauce completely overpowered the vegetable and any hint of bacon, resulting in a clumpy, "jelly-like" consistency. A lighter hand with the dressing would allow the roasting of the sprouts to shine.
Between the drinks, the appetizer, and the credit card surcharge/gratuity, the total came to $65. For a "quick bite," this felt a bit steep given the quality of the food and the wait time.
Laudy Bar clearly has a handle on great flavor profiles, but tightening up the kitchen speed and refined seasoning would make the price point feel more justified. We’d be open to returning for the drinks, but hope to see a bit more consistency in the kitchen next time.

We had the meatballs and truffle Mac n cheese with bacon. Both were delicious. The atmosphere was fun. We appreciated “The Chosen” being on one TV along with the sports. Our server Hailee and the manager Nikki were wonderful. We are visiting from Philly and they made us feel like family.

My wife and I visited Laudy Bar in Jan/26 and it was a random selection as we were looking for a place to sit and eat after visiting the museum. We absolutely love this place. As it was happy hour we opted to order a few appies instead of regular meals. We had meatballs, mussels and spinach dip and I will say they all are outstanding. Beverages we were nice and cold. Our server was Briana B. She gets top marks for her outstanding service, friendliness and knowledge of the dishes. Upon leaving, the owner was at the door and we chatted for a bit before our Uber arrived. We will definitely be back to the Laudy Bar next time we are in Ft. Lauderdale.
