  The customer service here was terrible. I was looking through my bags just to make sure all my food was there I noticed I was missing fries. I had a 10 piece nuggets meal and I ordered and extra burger on the side. They gave me the burger and the nuggets I look in the bag I asked where the fries was. The lady says there in the bag. I open the bag I show her. There’s no fries. She points to the nuggets and says the fries are right there 😒😒😒😒 don’t play with me lady come on these are nuggets. The manager wants to come to the window gaslighting me telling the fries are in the bag. I pulled out the nuggets and said sir I don’t think these are fries. And then he wants to say okay I’ll just give you the medium fries. Like yeah of course you are BECAUSE I PAID FOR THEM. Smh…. I’m disappointed Wendy’s. Disappointed.. OH!!! I forgot also the toy for the kids meal sucked real hard. Some paper put together Griffen?? So lame at least McDonald’s had a little transformer McDonalds grill.

  Gas lightning me and touching up my food for proof he didn't give us fries sees there's no fries the fries are tight there 🤢🤢 not cool man worst Wendy's ever food was lacking too

  This location has to be the worst one I've been to. Did drive through pick up...they charge for sauce and don't tell you until you're at the window...pretty sure sauces should be free, especially with a meal. No napkins in bag, no receipt given. Asked for ginger ale and got a sprite/coke mix.... It's like they don't even follow they're basic training there. Do better or close the location.

  12/31 Worst customer service ever!! Young lady with Auburn or orange hair Rude!! Slammed drive thru window in my face why I was asking a question and thought it was funny. Went inside to address the issue with the manager but that was unsuccessful because he allowed the young lady to continue to go back in forth with a customer why another customer telling the young lady to not say anything. The young lady stated she was cold which is why she slammed the window. Dress appropriately for your job knowing you will be working drive thru and keep your hygiene up as well . I asked for my receipt and didn’t get it so I asked for her name because no one had on a name tag and didn’t get that as well. I will be reaching out to corporate with my payment transaction due to me paying with a card. Young lady should not be working with people at all.
