  Came tonight to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the customer service was phenomenal. Chris was our server and not only was he great & attentive, he was hilarious. Gave 10/10 recommendations & nailed every single one. Tonight was our first time here and it definitely won’t be our last. Our drinks were amazing, our food & dessert was to die for. Thank you guys for making tonight special & a great first experience. Can’t wait to come back!

  The host was very accommodating. The resturant was very loud (accustics are horrible), loud music playing. Extra charge for bread. Had to send my dinner back-it was undercooked. Asked for something other than spinach with my main course, they offered me some type of potatos then charged me extra for it without telling me first. Small drinks, Limited menu and a waste of money.

While Timpano is known for its atmosphere and cuisine, the primary reason my family and I remain loyal regulars is the world-class caliber of your staff—specifically Kevin, Robert, Mia, and Chris. In a landscape where "good service" is the baseline, these four individuals redefine what it means to provide an elite hospitality experience. Whether we are visiting for a high-stakes family birthday, a formal dinner, or simply stopping by the bar for appetizers and drinks, the level of technical skill and intuitive service they provide is staggering. Why They Stand Out: • Expertise & Craft: Their bartending and server skills are top-notch. They don’t just take orders; they curate an experience with a level of professionalism that is rare to find. • Consistency: It is a testament to your hiring and training that I can walk in at any time and receive the same gold-standard treatment regardless of who is on shift. • Brand Loyalty: Because of Kevin, Robert, Mia, and Chris, Timpano has become our "home base" for every major milestone in our lives.   PRIVATE DINNING REVIEW I recently hosted my birthday dinner in one of the private rooms at Timpano. The room itself is absolutely beautiful , the aesthetic is warm, elegant, and perfect for an intimate celebration. It truly set the tone for a special evening. However, the overall experience didn’t fully meet my expectations. While the staff was responsive and professional, there were a few things that were disappointing. I ordered the Chicken Marsala, and unfortunately the food, in general, was not as impressive as I had hoped, especially considering the cost of hosting a private event. Additionally, I hired a decorator for the room, and she was only given 30 minutes to set up. We were informed that additional time would require an extra charge. When you’re already spending thousands on a private dinner, that felt unreasonable and took away from the experience. The space is stunning and the team communicates well, but for the price point, I expected a higher overall value , particularly when it comes to food quality and event flexibility.

  LOVED the food but disappointed with one of their policies. Party of 13! Everyone's food was delicious! Our server, Hunter, was awesome considering the circumstances. We were seated in a back room I'm sure it was due to the size of the party. The room was very dark with no type of ambiance. My disappointment is because before booking any restaurant I always make sure we're able to get separate checks because I know some restaurants won't do so due to the party size-which is understandable but what happened here was that I was given multiple different responses. I booked the reservation in person and confirmed we would get separate checks. I had 2 friends with me and they can confirm this was said. I called to confirm the reservation and reconfirmed again, with a manager, that we'd get separate checks. I arrive today only to be told by the, GM, that there would be no separate checks then told we could do up to 4 separate checks-so we agreed. But then that changed to 4 checks with equal payment on all credit cards. Meaning no matter what you consumed your credit card is charged the same. I was so frustrated with all the changes. What made it worse the GM would not make an exception to not have everyone pay the same out. My friends suggested we leave and had already called 2 nearby establishment who were agreeing to provide us with separate checks but being that I'm a kind person I suggested we stay. I kept hoping the GM would change his mind but he, nor any other manager, even checked on our table-another disappointment. We are a worldwide community friendship group consisting of over a million members. We patronage different establishments everywhere and pass on information. This is an establishment that as a group we will NOT return. As the host I was extremely embarrassed. P.S. it's easy to say as friends we shouldn't have an issue splitting the bill but we all know it's not that easy.
