Her manager skills are off the wall horrible manager. She need to get reevaluated as soon as possible. She wouldn’t change two burritos that the store got wrong. they gave me beans with no beef and I told her to correct it and she’s fighting with me telling me to park for 10 or 15 minutes instead of addressing the issue and telling me to get out my car to come inside the store to talk talk for what you didn’t talk when you took my money..

In addition to my usual order I also got the Diablo Crispy Chicken Soft Taco which I couldn’t finish because the chicken tasted freezer burnt and had a horrible oily aftertaste. My usual order is the black bean burrito and it was alright but I couldn’t really taste the chipotle sauce and they weren’t a lot of beans. Otherwise the drive through service was really fast, the staff polite and they got my order all correct!
