  We came in n the employee didn't even take their eyes off the phone. We r not from the states so i didn't know what 2 order n they didn't even bother in helping me despite me being clearly nervous. So unwelcoming. My mother said the place was "deprimente" or depressing in English, n i agree.

  Originally we went to Taco Bell but no customer service (employees) anywhere. So you use the kiosk and we are older people and prefer not to use this method so we left and went to Subway. One employee who was very courteous and friendly. We appreciated that old fashion service and will not use kiosks machines. So no more Taco Bell but Yes to Subway. Thank you for not making us work.

  It seems like I’m not the only one who has had such terrible customer service here. Would give negative stars if i could. Not even worthy of a 1 star. I ended up leaving and not getting to order. I came in around 12:20pm on 11/18/2025. I came in and nobody was behind the counter. The employee was just beyond the door to the back area on their phone. I could literally see them sitting there, listening to their phone at full volume. I even called out to get their attention and was ignored. At least the employee could catch up on whatever show they were watching instead of helping paying customers.

  Lady had her belly out she used the same glove to make my sandwich to take a phone call. Super gross place everything looks super old

  The lady behind the counter looked like I ruined her day just by existing. I didn’t even order I didn’t want to make things worse for either of us.
