- JJJack Jones6 days ago1.0It seems like I’m not the only one who has had such terrible customer service here. Would give negative stars if i could. Not even worthy of a 1 star. I ended up leaving and not getting to order. I came in around 12:20pm on 11/18/2025. I came in and nobody was behind the counter. The employee was just beyond the door to the back area on their phone. I could literally see them sitting there, listening to their phone at full volume. I even called out to get their attention and was ignored. At least the employee could catch up on whatever show they were watching instead of helping paying customers.

I’ve visited 30 countries and thousands of businesses, but the service I received today (08/16/2025) around 8:15 pm was unacceptable. It’s hard to believe that a company like Subway employs someone as rude as the young lady who attended us. With very little effort, she almost managed to ruin my first night of vacation.
