I come in to pick up a DoorDash order containing four sandwiches, two of them are out of stock so I speak to him regarding similar options as a substitute since I’m about to contact the customer. He gets back to me saying which kind of meat they have, she decides on turkey instead of a cold cut combo which is only slightly more expensive. I hang up the phone and let him know for him to have a hissy fit about the item being a different price and that he didn’t approve of it so I mentioned something to him saying well maybe call it even since you guys didn’t have what she originally wanted and his response to this was that’s not my problem. Lovely! Outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definitely unexpected for this be the case at this location!

Corporate should not allow the subway sign on this building. Its consistently bad, every time i go here. Im stopping going to this bad place.
- STSierra TNov 8, 20251.0My friends and I had been up since 2 am on flights and landed in Fort Lauderdale, didn’t have a car, and we were starving. We walked several miles in the heat to this Subway and put in mobile orders so we could get a deal on the app. We were the only ones in the Subway when we first got there. We didn’t know that we would be met with rude staff and blatantly disrespectful comments specifically about our group since we were the only ones in there. The man working was loudly complaining to another customer that they would have to wait a long time because of our group… like what? This is a Subway? Do you not want our money? He acted like we came into his house and demanded he make us all food. Also, if it’s really that annoying to make a mobile order then why even offer it as a service? Obviously I don’t recommend anyone go to this Subway if you want to be treated with basic human decency. They clearly don’t want the business anyway.
