I placed my order, pulled up to the window, and the employee just stared at me in silence no greeting, no communication, nothing. I was waiting for my card back while she stood there expressionless, then she walked away. Another employee came to the window to hand me my food and also didn’t say a word just stared. On top of that, I received no napkins, no utensils, and none of the sauces I requested. Overall, the service was uncomfortable and poor, and I didn’t receive the items I asked for. Please hire/train staff who can communicate and provide basic customer service.
