    really wish i could leave 0 stars. The lady at the front was so mean and i was genuinely trying hard to be nice. Ive been coming to fort lauderdale every year for the last decade and ill never be returning to papa johns. I highly suggest you fire the guy with dreads and the girl wearing a bonet.

    Placed an order at 12:00. Website listed closed at 2 AM. They closed early never turned off delivery. I run a nearby business, placed many orders $500+. Due to this never ordering again… absurd.

    Ordered food for delivery 45 minutes before they closed using their app. Feedback from their app said the food was in preparation. They took the money from the account (pre-auth'd). Then, about 25 minutes later announced that the order was canceled. No explanation why. Apparently it may take 6-8 weeks to get a refund. Not a good reflection on the company. We'll still order again in future, but next time we'll go through Grubhub, who have a better track record.

    With all of the pizza locations in South FLA, do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this location. Employee, Keisha, is not only rude but verbally abusive to customers. She tried to tell me that the order I placed to be delivered at 7:15pm was sent out at 8:15pm and that I should have accepted it, which it never arrived. In any case, by 8:15pm we ordered from another restaurant as we were starving. Guess Papa John's doesnt care who they hire to run their restaurants. I give this place NUMEROUS NEGATIVE STARS.
