After that I was over it and didn’t ask for another one. This the 2 week in a row I’ve gone there and no bread of my choice during lunch time early in the day. The Jennifer did say asiago bread is the most popular so if this known more should be made to accommodate customers. Last week I left and went to another restaurant unfortunately. This time I was told by Jennifer that Panera bread was out again but I found Asiago bagel in the front where the pastries are unbeknownst to the cashier. Jennifer was at the counter seeming confused and was so very slow she finally asked Basil for help. No one ever greeted new customers that walked up. Neither employee had no enthusiasm or smile in their tones. Most definitely different experience from other locations. These employees need training for sure.
