Extremely unprofessional and lacking services advertised.
We had an 8:45 reservation and arrived on time, but immediately ran into issues with parking. After circling the area, I went inside to let the hostess know we were here and actively trying to park. She told me to return to the same spot I had already checked because there was supposed to be valet service “by the umbrella.” When we went back, there was no valet staff at all, we only managed to park because someone happened to pull out.
By the time we walked back to the entrance, the restaurant had locked the doors at 9 PM, despite knowing we were already on-site and returning after following their own instructions. We were only gone a few minutes.
The entire experience felt unprofessional, from the nonexistent valet to being locked out of our reservation. It was a complete waste of time and ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory evening. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment.

Unfortunately Morton’s dropped the ball and could not give a plausible explanation to what happened to our order so we chose to leave and go else where to dine. We were a party of 4 seated by the hostess that was pleasant and gave us the standard menus. Waiter Jose came and took our drink orders and brought bread then returned with our drinks and we ordered our starters and our entrees at the same time and that was the last we saw of Jose. We were thoroughly enjoying drinks and our company and an hour later a server brought 2 Caesar’s which we had ordered and a lobster bisque which we did not. We explained we had ordered 2 Caesar’s and 2 French soups and crab cakes. He took away the lobster bisque and returned with something else we did not order. Then he came back and took the 2 Caesar’s and said something about wrong table. We realized that all around people that were seated after us already had food so we asked the manager that was near by what had happened and where was our food and our waiter and could we get refills on our drinks. His only explanation was that it was a mistake and Jose thought we ordered from a special menu but did not explain why Jose had never come back or where our food was but would get our drinks and our food was coming. Having ordered from the standard Morton’s menu we asked to explain but he continued on with a special menu which we did not order from any special menu and obviously we had been there over an hour now. During all this we never got the additional drinks or food. Manager was pretty unprofessional and certainly didn’t make the situation any better. So after a lot of back and forth we chose to go to noodles and panini which was so fun with great service and really good food!

Love Morton’s! Celebrated my Boyfriends birthday last night and super grateful for the staff. We were running late due to the weather and traffic. I made sure to communicate our tardiness. Spoke with hostess Karina and she mad it happen! The manager Justin reassured us that we were able to keep our reservation and even escorted us to our table him self. Once seated, we were Immediately greeted by our server, Christian, who was wonderful and very attentive. The food was phenomenal and our steaks cooked exactly to our liking. I’d have to say our favorite thing we had was one of the sides, which was smoked Gouda and bacon potatoes ha! Overall, great experience thanks Justin and the Morton team on Broward we will be revisiting again.

Went for Valentine’s Day before seeing a show at the Au-Rene center.
Service started out great, but got very slow towards the middle / end of the meal. I had to flag the waiter to clear the table after we had been sitting with empty app plates for 20 minutes and were ready to order 15 mins ago.
The food was amazing - no issues or complaints.
Since it was V day they had the side room opened and thats where we were sat. I wish we asked to move as that room had no ambience and had a tv on the wall with cords hanging down for corporate presentations. It was like eating steak in the breakfast area of Hampton Inn 🤣.
We would 100% go back to this location, but will never sit in that side room again. Table / booth or bar / bar table in the future.
Also there is a fairly large plaque on the wall talking about the dress code, yet guys with shorts, t shirts and flip flops were all over the place. Odd. Why have a large sign that you don’t enforce…same thing at the WPB location.

Dear Management,
I am writing to share my experience at your restaurant on February 14th for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, our visit did not meet expectations, especially for a special occasion.
When we arrived for our 7:30 PM reservation, the host initially stated that she could not find our name. After a few moments, she located it, but the interaction felt disorganized and unwelcoming.
Once seated, we were given only the regular food menu. We were not provided with a drink menu or informed about any Valentine’s Day specials. Based on the information given to us, we ordered from the regular menu, including drinks.
Shortly after placing our order, we overheard the table next to us ordering from a Valentine’s Day special menu that we were never told about. When we asked our server, we were told that our food had already been put in and it was essentially too late to change the order. This was very disappointing, as we would have appreciated the opportunity to choose from the special holiday offerings.
Valentine’s Day is an important occasion for many guests, and clear communication about special menus and options should be part of the service experience. I hope you will address this with your staff to ensure better organization and communication during future holiday events.
