  Absolutely ruined the start of my day by giving me the wrong sandwich. I ordered a steak bagel, sub round egg, and was excited to eat it by the way. However, I got to work and unwrapped a bacon, egg and cheese…with the thinnest hard bagel and tinniest 2 half strips of bacon. Needless to say I WAS FURIOUS! Terrible atmosphere at this location as well, as there are unhoused at every angle looking for money. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!

  First McDonald's I've ever been to where they had security posted up outside and had to un mag the doors to let me into the bathroom.

  It's a McDonald's you know what they serve, that's what you get. Service was the same standard you always expect, no table service or receipts.

  Terrible waiting time and the worst service. The waiting time was absolutely awful. Staff didn’t seem to care at all. This is the worst service I’ve experienced in the U.S., and unfortunately it was at this McDonald’s. Never coming back.

  This might be the slowest, worst McDonald's around. It is supposed to be fast food, but when I bring my kids here to play, we end up waiting 10-15 minutes for a couple of happy meals and some nuggets. I thought the whole premise of McDonald's was to get your food quickly. Anything wrong with your order is difficult to signal because they only have one person working the counter and they dont always seem to care to stop what they are doing to service their clients. They have sanitizer dispensers all over the restaurant, as well as napkin dispensers. I have yet to come when any of them actually had anything to dispense. This last time I was given expired milk with my kids happy meals and had to go try to flag someone down to get it replaced. The people who work here give zero cares about their customers... The main reason we come is for the kids play place. Not sure if it is always like this, but the part of the restaurant that houses the play place was not air conditioned the last few times I came, meaning your kids are running around in stale, hot air the whole time they are playing. Go somewhere else...
