  I ordered through Uber Eats and my shake and frappe were completely melted. The fries were ice cold and I was missing the condiments I ordered and paid for. They did not pack any straws or spoons for the drink and when I tried to contact them I could not get through to speak to anyone. I do not recommend the McDonald's on Davie Blvd at all. I have tried to get food there only twice. The first time, I went inside to eat and had to leave because the dining room was literally littered with food wrappers dirty trays and drinks. It was disgusting.

  Every time I visit this McDonald’s my mind is blown a little more each time I . It Saddens me to share negative reviews online because I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years and I know all of us have bad days however without fail every time I step into this venue, I immediately become speechless and angry . I know restaurants today are struggling with filling all open positions and being fully staffed on an Daily basis however, having your cashier then deals with the gas that are dying in the restaurant should not be taking orders from them as well as your gas and are driving through the drive-through on multiple occasions, I thought that cashier was speaking to me and it has taken me over 15 minutes sometimes to get my order please because there are multitasking speaking in multiple languages and then confusing me which is not hard but what’s additional time on when I get my food. If you are anticipating and have expectations of anIf you are anticipating and have expectations of a positive and cheerful experience, please do not visit this McDonald’s. There is not one single employee that has a smile on her face or greets you or says goodbye during your visit please don’t ask any of the employees for any simple request such as using a pen because no McDonald’s employees have pens, including the managers that have offices in the back of the restaurant with a computer laptop paper clips telephone but no writing utensils interesting huh that’s to say this will be my last visit to this McDonald’s on Davie Boulevard here I come Burger King and Wendy’s, which are located directly across the street!! Because I am not loving it no more

  I get so aggravated with this location!!!! THEY never fill my fries up I asked for freshly cooked fries 🍟 and they gave me hot burnt Xtra Xtra Crispy Fries I will not visit this location anymore I will just make McDonald's at home!!!
