I had a horrible dinning experience Saturday me and my kids were having dinner, when I was going to eat a bunch of fries I found a hair in them!!! It was disgusting at this point I wanted to throw up. Also none of the employees wear hair nets, you got the manager walking around with long hair without wearing a hair net. I wouldn’t be surprise if I ate a hair and didn’t realize it. This McDonald’s location needs work. The manager also made me and my husband go through the trash to find the receipt and return all the food to be able to provide a refund. Management is horrible, if me or my husband would have been injured going through the trash this would have been a big lawsuit. The owner needs to take action before something worse happens. Horrible management. And as I am reading a review it looks like I wasn’t the only person this happened to, disgusting!!!!

- FSFernando S.Dec 5, 20251.0The only way the staff members that were working the drive thru at 12:15am on 12.5.25 could do a worse job would be if they superglued the drive-thru windows shut. They didnt seem to know what was going on, and had me waiting for a good 5-7 minutes for a bag that was sitting in front of me on the other side of the window while they huddled behind the machines chatting. This is why people are being replaced by technology, and even worse, its why a lot of us won't feel bad about it when robots start handing us our food at the drive-thru instead of a distracted human.
