I went with my husband to have dinner to celebrate our anniversary, and we were made to wait 45 minutes only to be given the worst table, right in the middle of the aisle. The service was extremely slow.
We ordered simple dishes, a pasta and a regular pizza. We added meat to the pasta, and the waiter never mentioned that the meat alone would cost $20 extra. I find it very unprofessional that the waiter suggested it without disclosing the additional price beforehand, so we could decide if we agreed.
When the bill arrived, it was over $80 for two very simple dishes. Completely absurd prices, and even worse was the customer service from the manager, who approached us, asked what was wrong, and simply said “it is what it is,” with no tact, courtesy, or willingness to resolve the issue.
On top of that, the place is extremely noisy and overcrowded, making it impossible to have a normal conversation.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. It claims to be an Italian restaurant, but it feels more like an Irish pub.
We came here on January 6, 2026, around 7:00 PM expecting a romantic Italian dinner for our anniversary. Instead, we walked into what felt like a crowded, loud Irish bar, not an Italian restaurant at all.
Despite being just the two of us, we were told the wait would be over 30 minutes. We went to the bar for a drink, but the bartender was slow, uninterested, and clearly did not want to be there. I ordered a bottle of red wine and was served something that tasted more like juice than wine.
When we were finally seated, we were placed at the smallest table possible, right in the middle of the crowd, which completely ruined the anniversary vibe we were hoping for.
We ordered pasta and a small pizza. We asked to add regular toppings and prosciutto to the pizza. The server also suggested adding steak to the pasta but never mentioned that it was an extra charge or how much it would cost. No prices were explained, and none of this was clearly listed on the menu.
When the check arrived, it was over $80 for two simple dishes. When we asked why it was so expensive, the response was basically, “That’s what it is.” The manager came over and completely blew us off, offering no explanation or apology.
This place is priced like a fine-dining Italian restaurant, but in reality, it’s just a crowded, loud bar with average food and poor service. This was our first and last visit. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This place is a complete joke and a total rip-off.
We came on January 6, 2026, around 7 PM expecting a romantic Italian restaurant for our anniversary. What we got instead was a crowded, loud bar that felt more Irish pub than Italian restaurant.
We waited over 30 minutes for a table for two. While waiting, we went to the bar where the bartender was slow, careless, and clearly didn’t want to be there. The bottle of red wine tasted like cheap juice.
When we were finally seated, they stuck us at the smallest table possible, right in the middle of the crowd, killing any chance of enjoying our anniversary.
The worst part was the scam-like pricing. We ordered pasta and a small pizza. The server casually suggested adding steak to the pasta and prosciutto to the pizza, never once mentioning these were extra or how much they would cost. No prices were listed on the menu. Just “click, click, click” on the tablet.
The check came out to over $80 for two basic dishes. When we questioned it, the response was basically “that’s what it is.” The manager came over and was just as dismissive, offering no explanation and no apology.
This place charges fine-dining prices for loud bar food and terrible service. Overpriced, misleading, and poorly managed. First and last visit. Do not recommend.

Fun local place my friend and I decided to check out. Found a few seats at the bar and were immediately asked to move one seat one way or the other as the bar always “fills up”. Another bartender, a girl with a long brown ponytail, came over to take our order, didn’t know what an eastside cocktail was. I attempted to tell her but she was rude right off the bat and I could tell I probably wouldn’t like what she makes. Found a similar cocktail on the menu, she didn’t even bother offering alternative suggestions or pointing it out. Great customer service👍🏻 The eye roll with your coworker wasn’t missed after you took the order either.

Louie Bossi delivered an absolutely outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The appetizer Parmigiano Reggiano was the perfect way to begin—rich, savory, and full of authentic Italian flavor. The Arthur Avenue Salad was fresh, well-balanced, and packed with classic Italian touches.
For the main course, the Chicken Parmesan was excellent—tender chicken, rich sauce, and perfectly melted cheese. The Rosso pizza was another standout, with a great crust and bold, delicious flavors.
To top it all off, the Prosecco Pop was a fun and refreshing drink that paired perfectly with the meal.
What truly elevated the experience was our server, Kristine. She was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Five stars all around and highly recommended!
