The customer service is basically nonexistent; no greeting, no effort to be welcoming, and the staff comes across as lazy and uninterested. Service is painfully slow, even when the store isn’t busy. What’s even more frustrating is that they never seem to have donuts made. No matter what time of day you go, there are usually only 3 or 4 types of donuts on display, which is ridiculous for a donut shop. To top it off, one time I came 30 minutes after opening and the door was still locked. It was only opened after I stood there waiting. This location consistently fails on customer service, basic operations, and product availability. Definitely not the Krispy Kreme experience people expect.
