Entered the lobby, wasn't greeted. Only two staff members visible and zero freshly made donuts. This location seems to only glaze them after they have been sitting on racks cooling or defrosting. After a 5 minute wait for someone to come say hi, I requested a dozen assorted which is usually around $18-19 plus taxes. I was billed over $20-21 for my order and was told that any Halloween donut carries a .40 cent surcharge as a single or when part of an assorted dozen. This is absurd. All donuts are either glazed or topping , there's no others. I didn't order coffee cakes, or cinnamon rolls or anything specific, just 12 donuts, 6 were glazed and 6 were Halloween. STOP ROBBING YOUR LOYAL CLIENTS. I also was not offered a complimentary donut as I've been told company does when light is on. Bad moves KK ft laud.
