Celebrated New Year’s Eve with my husband, and everything was amazing. We started with the fried onion rings and strawberry margaritas—both were perfectly prepared. For dinner, we ordered the tomahawk steak with mashed potatoes and truffle mac and cheese on the side. The tomahawk was cooked to perfection! Our waiter, Eddie, was attentive and professional throughout the evening. We definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

Melissa McDermott was hands down the best server I have ever had at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. From the moment she came to our table, she was professional, funny, confident, and completely on it.
I am a very picky eater, and let me tell you, Melissa did not skip a beat. She listened carefully, made spot-on recommendations, anticipated questions before I even asked them, and ensured everything came out exactly as requested. Not once did I feel rushed or dismissed; instead, she made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
Her personality, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guest experience truly set her apart. Dining out is about more than just good food, it’s about how you’re treated, and Melissa absolutely nailed it.
I will definitely be going back to Fleming’s, and it’s because of Melissa. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for an exceptional experience.
I booked a Tomahawk Tuesday dinner for 4 for my sister’s birthday. This was my 5th or 6th time dining at this establishment this year. Typically, the star of the night is the food, and I have always experienced excellent service, top tier to be exact. But my shining star was my server, Ali. He solidified my go-to date nights, casual dinners, and birthday will be at Fleming's. This restaurant has set the bar so high that I added Eddy Vs to my second-favorite restaurant. I have several friend groups who dine at different restaurants in Broward, Miami, and West Palm Beach. I can confidently say I put it above all of them. We eat at 5stars to treat ourselves once a week. Ali created an experience for us, to say the least. I have recommended so many people to Flemings and heard nothing, but great things. All my servers had been amazing as well, but Ali really stood out. He went above and beyond. He was attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating, and made the evening special. He is unmatched. Additionally, I would be remiss if I did not add the other staff assisting him. The staff there made sure our table was cleaned and kept asking if we needed anything. One server got me warm water for my non-stop coughing which helped soothe my throat irritation. Fleming’s should be the blueprint for how a restaurant needs to be in order to keep customers wanting to come. It is rare to have both great food and servers. I can go on and on but if anyone desires out-of-this-world service and exceptional food, I suggest you try this restaurant.

"We celebrated our anniversary at Fleming’s for their Tuesday Tomahawk special, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.
For $150, the Tuesday-Tomahawk steak is an incredible deal, but the service is what really blew us away. They treated us like royalty from the moment we walked in, starting with complimentary champagne and a beautiful personalized card waiting for us at the table.
Our waitress was absolutely awesome—she was professional, quick with the food, and made the whole night feel seamless. The meal itself arrived hot and delicious; the steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster was fresh and flavorful. To top it all off, they brought out a dessert with 'Happy Anniversary' written on the plate and served with truffles.
If you want a high-end meal where you actually feel valued as a guest, this is the spot. We will definitely be back!"

I am still shaken by what happened during our visit.
The atmosphere at Fleming’s was beautiful and inviting, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After waiting over an hour for our food, a device placed on our table to melt butter malfunctioned and exploded. I watched in horror as hot butter splashed directly onto my sister’s face, burning her in front of me. What should have been a relaxing dinner instantly turned into a traumatic situation.
What made this even worse was the response—or lack of one—from the staff and management. There was no sense of urgency, care, or meaningful attempt to accommodate us after the incident. No proper apology, no real concern for my sister’s well-being, and no effort to make things right. The waitstaff seemed unprepared, and the manager’s response felt dismissive given the seriousness of what occurred.
This was not just poor service—this was a serious safety failure compounded by indifference. For a restaurant that presents itself as upscale, this level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Ambiance cannot compensate for putting guests at risk and then failing to respond appropriately.
I would strongly caution anyone considering dining here.
