Then she came straight over to make my coffee without washing her hands. When I asked about it, she said the trash bag was CLEAN, which honestly shocked me. This is basic hygiene. It made me really uncomfortable and I don’t feel safe ordering here anymore.

Doesn’t matter if I come in, I have to be on top of them like I own to place to get my bagel the right way and then they get an attitude for it, I’m sorry that I have to remind you to not ruin the product I’m paying for, hence why I order online cause I don’t want to deal with staff but they can’t be bothered to read my order correctly, I’m done with Einstein bagels good luck.
