Walls, floors nasty, bathrooms unusable! The bagel glass enclosure is generally grotesque. Cant imagine the BOH . As an owner/investor you should be ashamed of yourself. When was the last time you were even here?? Either step it up and renovate or do everyone a favor and SHUT DOWN.
