  Paid & asked for extra cream cheese & received literally the tiniest amount of cream cheese on the bagel. Employees also looked miserable!!

  I recently placed an order at the Einstein Bros. Bagels location inside Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and unfortunately my order was prepared incorrectly. I ordered an Asiago bagel sandwich with egg white, tomato, and guacamole, specifically requesting no tomato spread. Due to time constraints while heading to my gate, I did not notice the issue until I was already on my flight. At that point, I saw that the sandwich did contain the tomato spread, which I am unable to eat. I submitted a complaint through the Einstein portal and received a case number (CAS-581152-J3K4L6) from Einstein Guest Services, but I have not yet received a response. I am respectfully requesting a full refund for this order and would appreciate being contacted to resolve this matter. I have always enjoyed this brand, so I hope this issue can be addressed promptly

  HORRIBLE Customer service. I placed my order at the kiosk the walked over to Einstein Bagels to wait for order. Received zero acknowledgement - ok I get it you’re busy. When my name was finally called, I asked the woman who had braids which beverage has the caramel shot. She gave me a stare with dead eyes and told me she made them the same. I proceeded to tell her that I ordered one with an extra caramel shot and one with an extra espresso shot. She then started muttering under her breath still giving me dead eyes for an extended period of time before asking me with an attitude what do I want her to do because both drinks where made the same. She finally hands me a small cup with the shot of espresso for me to added it myself but then I reminded her what about the caramel shot in the other drink, again mutters to herself and angrily removes the lid and pumps the caramel into the other coffee. So now I put something on top of it to identity which one has caramel. I’m surprised they do not indicate which drink is in each cup and the level of unprofessionalism displayed with what appears to be zero management present.
