    Food was cold when served and the service at this location was horrendous. Over 15 minutes for a bagel can coffee. It was not busy. They justvtalked the whole damn time instead of getting people out

    I’ve had a disappointing experience with the curbside pickup at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. This is now the fifth time I’ve placed a curbside order and waited for over 15 minutes without anyone bringing my order out. I have a small child in the car, so the whole point of curbside pickup is to avoid getting out. Unfortunately, each time, I’ve had to get out of the car and go inside to retrieve my order. When I mention the delay to the staff, there’s little to no acknowledgment or care. It’s really disappointing and defeats the purpose of the service. I hope they can improve this in the future.
