My husband and I visit often, and while the quality has varied in the past, Kim’s service has been excellent! She is consistently kind and proactive; she waits for us to arrive before finalizing our mobile orders to ensure the coffee is fresh. On our most recent visit, she even went out of her way to fix a drink for my daughter after noticing she wasn't happy with it. Kim’s attention to detail and dedication to customer service are exceptional. I hope she’s recognized for her hard work—employees like her are what keep customers loyal.

I asked for a specific drink and when I said the drink was incorrect the young lady the was on shift making the drink rolled her eyes. I order this drink all the time and the was not how I normally get ave I was able to tell by the color and taste. I went back in to change the drink and the worker said I’m not making it again! This is very unprofessional.
