  I am writing this in hopes that the manager or owner sees it. This is now the third time I have been to this McDonald's very recently within the last month that I have been told they don't have coffee. Even been told they don't have cheeseburgers where I had to turn around and leave. It does not seem right. You should really look into it. See who was working on Sunday March 1st at 10:00 p.m. . Whoever was in there claim they don't have coffee. I can't remember the date when I was told they don't have cheeseburgers but this is getting to be a regular occurrence.

  Everytime I go there my coffee or latte is made incorrectly or tastes burnt they tried to tell me a hot latte and hot cappuccino is the same thing. everytime I order a iced coffee it looks dark brown and when I ask for it to be fixed politely I get a attitude or told im wrong and they made it perfectly. when I go to any other dunkin its made right but this location lacks knowledge on coffee and customer service. thnx for my burnt brown iced latte missing its syrup this morning for 5$

  Literally, the most unfriendly people I have ever encountered at a Dunkin' Donuts. They did not say hello, I ordered a small coffee, and the woman shoved it across the counter and not did not say anything. No thank you, no hello, no nothing. Well, guess what… I'm never coming to your store again. If you can't be bothered to say hello to your customers, you don't deserve to stay in business!

  The rudest staff you can possibly imagine. Will roll there eyes at you, catch attitude when they make mistakes and are a miserable bunch.

  This place is racist! My black husband went in for 2 large empty cups, he said he’d pay for them. The guy told him he couldn’t give him 2 empty cups because it had Dunkin’s logo on them. I had to go in, I’m a light skin biracial woman. I asked for 2 cups of hot water and paid $7 for these cups. I then politely asked the young lady at the counter to pour the water out. So I paid $7 for 2 empty cups that he wouldn’t allow my black husband to purchase.
