When I politely pointed out the mistake and asked for the correct size, the employee immediately argued with me instead of simply correcting it. After going back and forth, she remade the drink — but it was clearly wrong. It tasted like straight milk with little to no coffee. When I questioned it, I was told it was made properly, which was simply not true. Being dismissed and essentially told I was wrong about what I was tasting was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the other employee at the front counter loudly and obnoxiously clapped in our faces to get us to step forward and order, which felt unprofessional and rude. The overall tone from staff was hostile and dismissive. Mistakes happen — that’s understandable. What’s not acceptable is arguing with customers, remaking drinks incorrectly, and treating people with impatience and disrespect. I left feeling frustrated and completely unheard. I hope management takes customer service and basic professionalism more seriously moving forward.
