Drive-up needs alot of work. Having actually workers out there with trays and interaction prolongs the efficiency. You are taking more steps towards the end goal. It's called a drive- through for a reason. Not to "please pull forward and wait". Just some creative criticism, please get better, your numbers are dipping..
