  Came to drive thru to get some coffee and breakfast, and ended up leaving. Employee working there was mumbling into the microphone and I understood here that she said to go ahead and proceed with my order. I told her what I want and she mumbled again. I apologized and asked in a polite manner to repeat what she said, to which she replied “GIMME A SECOND”, as if I was interrupting her manicure session.   I work right down the road and come in on payday Fridays to treat myself. I place my order online and walk to pick it up (about a 10 min walk). I've done this at least half a dozen times now. There is always some issue. Normally, it is that when I arrive, the order isn't ready yet (after a 10-minute wait/walk). When it is ready, they set the order on their prep counter, label facing them, so you are forced to stand there and wait, get their attention, tell them your name, and have them get annoyed to have to hand you the order. What do they expect you to do? Reach across the counter and touch everyone's order, looking for yours? They literally have a mobile order pick-up area where they are supposed to place the ready items with order tags facing out, but I have NEVER seen them do this. I don't place complicated orders - shaken brown sugar espresso and a snack like a sandwich or bacon. I have yet to have my order be correct. Today, absolutely no brown sugar in the brown sugar espresso - I literally watched her make it. Espresso, ice, oat milk, another shot of espresso. No Brown Sugar. I had already been waiting too long, needed to get back to work, and didn't want to cause a stir, so I just took it and left. But it is always something like that here. Ordered 1 loaded hash brown, they charged me for 2. Ordered bacon strips and got bacon crumbles. Ordered one of their specialty drinks, still don't even know what they gave me, but it wasn't what I ordered (which is why I started just keeping my order simple). It is always something. They just don't care or pay attention. If they weren't so darned convenient and close to work, I wouldn't come back. I just go now expecting to be amused and get a laugh and surprise order for my payday treat.

  When I arrived to the store, I told the young lady over the intercom my name and she told me my order was ready and to pull around. Once I got to the young lady face-to-face she then stated to me that she did not see my order and I needed to process my order over again on the app ;and I did just that. In spite of the fact that I did receive a message that my order was ready for pick up. The young lady told me to pull up and wait for my order and I did. And another representative came out and gave me , two dozens of donuts, instead of one .I then told the young lady that I only ordered one dozen and she told me it was not her problem VERY RUDELY that I needed to go on the app and request a refund because they cannot do a refund at the store. I also showed the young lady her mistake on my receipt because my first order was ready at 6:45am when I got the confirmation message that my order was in fact ready for pick up and it shows the time on the receipt, and the new order was placed at window on the app at 7:27am when the young lady said that my order was not placed, and it also shows that time on my second receipt. But my problem and concerns was dismissed.

  Worst service and coffee. Totally garbage service!! Better drink hot water and sugar.
