I ordered an iced coffee with little ice, and the damn cup had 2/3 full of ice. I don't like a lot of ice because, obviously, it will turn into water and ruin the taste of the coffee, and they always fill the cup with ice cubes. I questioned why there was so much ice when I asked for little ice, and the employee turned around and said, "I don't care," and turned his back on me. Not even the owner of the store would do something like that. Why would an employee, whose salary WE CUSTOMERS PAY, do this, treating people so badly? The owner of this Dunkin' Donuts better choose his employees more carefully because not even a dog is treated like that. We deserve respect! And what he did and said to me was very ugly. I asked his name 3 times, and he refused to tell me. I wonder why? 1 star because I can't give 0 😤😤😤😤

The foods not bad but they did not read what I ordered cause I wanted a matcha with a few flavors and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. I got a coffee with the flavors and the bacon egg and cheese but on a bagel. I made sure I ordered right and I did. like damn, how much energy does it take to read the ticket a little bit more thoroughly. Anyways if you made my food, I hope ur ac breaks and both sides of ur pillows are warm🙄🙄🙄
