  Dear god this morning took 30 minutes to get an iced coffee. The worst part was I am lactose intolerant and asked for oat milk, well I guess I got whole milk because I was in the bathroom for an entire 3 hour flight. Do yourself a favor there’s another coffee place near gate E6 go there!

  I simply asked this lady to change her glove and she was so rude and throw my box of donuts on the counter and walked away. She made another employee assist me. I WILLL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

  On multiple occasions, one of the drive-thru employees has been rude and dismissive while I was simply placing my order, as if I was inconveniencing him. During my most recent visit, I ordered a medium hot matcha with almond milk and butter pecan sweetener, but was given a latte instead. When I politely let the employee know the drink was incorrect, he began yelling at me, insisting that I ordered a latte, and continued screaming inside the store. It was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. This is not the first issue. On another visit, I politely asked if he heard me when I requested blueberry flavor in my matcha, and he responded rudely, saying I didn’t need to ask him “ten times.” At no point was I disrespectful. When I told him I would be reporting his behavior to corporate, he responded, “Good, go right ahead.” He claimed his name was Michael Justin, though I’m sure that he probably lied about his name. No customer should be treated this way for simply placing an order or asking for it to be made correctly. I truly hope management addresses this behavior. I won’t ever go back to that location again.

  Wow!! I ORDERED A LARGE ICE COFFEE, AND WHILE I WAS ZIPPING IT IN THE CAR,I FELT SOMETHING CHUNKY IN MY MOUTH,THOUGHT FIRST IT WAS A ICE,BUT IT FELT WEIRED,TOOK IT OUT OF MY MOUTH, AND IT WAS A ROACH YES A THIN FAT ROACH WAS IN MY MOUTH! IM 54 BEEN AROUND THE WORLD,NEVER THOUGHT THIS WAS POSSIBLE!! HOW GROSSE

  Worst service I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. They denied the senior citizen discount. The push the sale of an additional donut by screaming at me. And manager/owner has a poor attitude
