It's always like interacting with a good friend you see everyday. The music you can hear from the outside and it's always inviting and cheerful, it really truly cheers up the outer environment of the location. All in all the staff the managers no matter what time or shift are all awesome here.Thank you.

I left feeling sick, not surprised, just disappointed that I ever expected better. The food tastes like it was designed in a lab, forgotten on a counter, then reheated with zero shame. Everything is greasy, overly sweet, and strangely lifeless, like the joy was removed during production. It’s impressive in a way how consistently bad it is. You don’t eat there for pleasure, you eat there to remind yourself you deserve better. I won’t be back, and honestly, I’m amazed this place is still open. Definitely not recommended unless regret is on the menu.

- SAStarr AllenDec 6, 20251.0Unsafe Food Practices & Disgusting Customer Service I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Dunkin’. I ordered two croissant meal deals and was given bagels instead. When I went back, the manager told the cook to take the bacon, egg, and cheese off the bagels and put it onto croissants instead of making fresh food. I watched the pregnant cook use her bare hands to pull the food off the bagels. Completely unsanitary and unsafe. When I told the manager or who was acting “in charge” that was unacceptable, she got nasty and started insulting me right in front of everyone calling me “ugly” and “fat.” Other employees just stood there. This place has serious food safety issues and horrible customer service. Avoid this location the health department needs to inspect them ASAP. I will also be emailing regional and district managers and corporate, TODAY!
