I was put on hold for 15 min to be told that they are only supposed to have me on hold for 2 minutes. I walked in and the employee is laughing because she knew she was never going to answer the phone call. I called more than 10 times and each time was placed on hold or hung up on with out being given the chance to explain why I’m calling. Honestly tired of the employees being unprofessional. I was not the only customer tonight upset with how things are going. Now half my order is at home cold just because they messed up my pizza. Do better or get better employees

I didn't realize it at first even though the total did sound a bit high. Once I was able to see the itemized order I realized I was charged almost double. Pizzas that should have been $6.99 were charged to me between $12.99 and $14.99. I was overcharged and when I called the store I was told nothing they could do about it because I ordered on line! Not to mention delivery took over 30 minutes from the original delivery time I was given. I should have paid attention to all the 1 star reviews this location got!!! My office will NEVER ordering from them again!!!
