  We drove 12 hours today on our way to florida, and got to our hotel later than planned. We ordered on the app. We tried calling the number that the app shows to call if there are any issues because the delivery time just kept changing but we were unable to speak with anyone. We called 7 times and the same result. There is no help chat box in the app either. My father is diabetic and was going to need to eat soon so that's why we chose Domino's so we could get food faster than a dine in restaurant. He ended up having a sugar crash and we had to resort to emergency methods because the food took so long. Sadly after an episode like that, he could not even enjoy the food. Delivery guy was paid a 20% tip through the app and we also paid a delivery fee. When he arrived almost 2 hours after ordering, he didn't even smile when we made a comment about how late it was. He just passed it over and walked away. He didn't even say hello. Not deserving of our 20% tip and disrespectful in my opinion. The food was cold, there were only 6 banana peppers on the entire pizza and there was no extra cheese as requested and paid for. We weren't even able to have a conversation with someone about it either. I have a business background so I respect Domino's for their tech innovations in business however, the way their system is set-up, there is no way to have an in person conversation about anything unless we drive there, even if there was a real issue. That's a problem. I hope to stop by tomorrow to speak with someone directly as we are highly disappointed by the service and food quality we received tonight. Our hotel is only 4 minutes away but I am willing to speak with someone. We filled out the report on the order and they offered a free pizza but unfortunately we will be leaving. Order was under my father's email. We chose Domino's for their reliability and consistency but unfortunately after that experience, we aren't sure we can choose dominos in the future. Normally I would consider speaking with someone to hear their side before writing something like this as I am a multiple business owner myself but if dominos wants to only allow digital assistance and restrict human interaction and problem solving completely, then this is how customers will need to be heard.

  Racist very horrible coustmer service , I ordered from the domino’s app with my name being HoodMonaLisa , a employee from the store called my phone staying racist things about the name and how it’s childish and I should be a shame to call myself that still saying racist thing very unprofessional, and bad coustmer service date 11/09/2025 night shift my son literally had to wait for something Els to eat because people wanna be unprofessional about a name I will be there to see your manger tomorrow in the morning . Start cooking at home people because we don’t know what weird people is making out food not safe

  I haven't had dominos in years, and since ive moved to ft laud, ive only tried the hut and papa j's. pizza hut was meh everytime but what really sealed the deal of never returning was the lack of general human decency. always treated like I was a nuisance. no thanks. I got a cbr sandwich and a coke. simple, tasty filling after a late night of work. they're open until 2 am. & the staff I spoke to was so friendly& he moved with a sense of urgency, both of which are a rarity these days. I really appreciate someone truly wanting to value the folks who patronize their establishment.
