  Came here for the galentine dinner which is a great bang for your buck in this economy. The bar area and restaurant was very packed which understandably creates a delay in service. That did affect the flow of dinner to the point we wanted desert but changed our mind. The dinner came with truffle fries, Cesar salad, steak bites with crab on top. Unfortunately the steak was burnt and had a char flavor. Bc it took so long to get the food in the first place we just dealt with it however once our food was dropped off, no one did a 2 bite check we no choice regardless then to deal with it. Besides the burnt steak, the rest of the meal was delicious, including the drinks. Maybe next time the customer service and kitchen will be better

  ordered three steak sandwich's this week. By the time the sandwich got to my table the bread was soaked through and when picked up the whole thing falls apart :/ . Food is generally great but if youre going to have a steak sandwich on the menu, either buy bread that is sturdy enough for a steak sandwich and toast it correctly or change the menu so it says 22$ for "Soggy" bread steak sandwich

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience at Del Frisco’s on Las Olas was nothing short of exceptional, and George is the reason why. From the moment we were seated, he went above and beyond—not only welcoming my wife and me as members, but also making our children feel genuinely special. My kids absolutely adored him, and that alone speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. George is truly a gem. He took the time to walk us through the wine selection with such knowledge and passion that we happily purchased two bottles based on his recommendations. His expertise, warmth, and professionalism are unmatched—he should be training the entire staff. He has a natural ability to break down the menu, explain the dishes, and elevate the entire dining experience. Please give this man his flowers. He is a blessing in disguise and a true asset to this company. My son Jeremiah even made a point to give him a personal shout‑out, and we tipped him generously because excellence deserves recognition. Simply put, if George isn’t there, we won’t dine there—it’s that simple. When we return, we will always ask for him by name. Del Frisco’s is fortunate to have someone like George representing them. He knows exactly what he’s doing, and he does it exceptionally well.

  I went to Del Frisco's on Valentine's Day and I was very excited to go. But when I got to the restaurant who I assume was the manager was yelling and being very aggressive to the hostess staff. He was a latin man with glasses. He was so rude that it left a bad taste in my mouth the rest of the night. The food and our server were amazing but the managerial staff was terrible. Very unprofessional.

  Horrible horrible horrible dining experience. DO NOT GO HERE. EVER. Stay away at all costs. This is a terrible restaurant that is terribly managed. I came on Valentine’s Day and they were extremely overbooked and unprepared. My boyfriend and I had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. With a reservation!!! This is unacceptable. Our drinks took forever to come out, as well as our appetizers and food. The worst part was as we were leaving we passed by a manager yelling in a hostesses face at the front of the restaurant in front of us and the many people standing around waiting to be seated. He was speaking to her very aggressively and rudely and I noticed the girl looked like she had been crying. Any manager who treats their staff like that should be removed. This place needs a lot of work and better management. I will never be coming back.
