  I’m honestly baffled that anyone thought it was acceptable to serve food like this. I ordered a chicken and corn rice bowl, and what I got was a mix of properly cooked rice and hard, undercooked grains—clear as day in the photos. How am I supposed to enjoy that? I reached out for a refund (because… obviously), but DoorDash said no. So now I’m left paying for a meal that wasn’t edible. Chipotle, I used to trust you, but if this is the standard now, I’m not sure I can anymore. Let’s be honest: it’s not hard to cook rice properly. Very disappointed.

  I’m honestly really disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. This location has seriously gone downhill. First off, the dining area was filthy. Almost every table had crumbs, spills, or leftover food on it. I had to wipe down my own table with napkins because no one was cleaning them, even though there weren’t that many people dining in. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in hours, and the drink station was sticky and messy. On top of that, the portions were noticeably smaller than usual. The employee gave me tiny scoops of rice and chicken, and I had to ask for a normal portion. Even then, it barely filled the bowl. For how much prices have increased, you’d expect consistency at the very least. My food also wasn’t hot — it was lukewarm like it had been sitting out. The staff didn’t seem welcoming or attentive. Everyone looked irritated, and the service felt rushed. No one checked the dining area, no one restocked lids or napkins, and the whole experience just felt neglected. I used to really enjoy coming to Chipotle, but between the dirty tables, small portions, and poor service, it’s not worth the money anymore. Management seriously needs to step it up because this location does not reflect the standards you’d expect.

  I think I was the first mobile order today. The manager was really nice and the employees were all helpful. Really good food and service.

  Nos atendieron de mala gana y no le quisieron tomar la orden a mi padre,querían que hiciera la fila de nuevo cuando todos estabamos ordenando juntos. El lugar estaba sucio y las empleadas nos trataron mal por ser turistas hispanos. No vuelvo.

  On Saturday 1/24 - A line of people and there was 1 teenager serving us. Another was in and out of the bathroom and filling online orders. Two women were in the back doing whatever. That boy is going to go far and be successful. He was cool as a cucumber and made our meals great! Trying to contact Chipotle corporate so they can recognize that young boy.
