  I had a really great experience at Charleys Philly Cheesesteaks. As soon as I walked up, the cashier Shemiya was very nice, welcoming, and patient while taking my order. She recommended a lot of good options on the menu which helped me decide what to get. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the Ultimate Fries, and both were so good. The cheesesteak was hot, fresh, and flavorful, and the fries were loaded and perfectly cooked. What stood out the most was how well the cashier, Shemiya, multitasked — she was taking orders, packing orders out, and still making sure customers were taken care of with a good attitude. The service matched the food, and that made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back again! 👍

  This Charles is a joke their menu shows a combo meal with a drink, but a drink does not come with a combo like shown in the picture, this is misleading and false advertising. don't show me a price the reflect a combo with a drink, and it doesn't come with it. I hate that. And they charge for blue cheese SMH

  My order was taken by a nice cashier, so everything seemed fine once I got my order, I received the right drink but the incorrect food item that was clearly printed on my receipt, I really hate that I only realized this once I made it all the way home I dont stay close so I couldn't return and I had no choice but to eat the wrong item I was given.

  This store is trash. They allow people to steal your information and rewards and than act unprofessional and does NOTHING to make it right. No corporate due to it being a poorly ran franchise. Even with all the proof the employees say they dont understand and the account/rewards system that is used, they including so called management dont know how to use it. It's cool tho, I will make complaints to BBB and FTC and the attorney general office. I bet they will do something about it. Julie the owner needs to rethink her choice about a supervisor. And other employees who know nothing about customer service should look for other jobs that dont consist of customer service . Update: its 1/27/26 and management STILL hasn't called or even attempted to make it right! Today I will make a BBB complaint and go from there.
