  El lugar estaba vacío y aun asi no tenían ganas de atender, te sirven los vasos por la mitad, no prestan atención a tu orden y cuando reclamas se enojan, si ven a un pelado de lentes y barba vayan a otro lado

  Avoid this place!!! Seriously, unless you’re a homeless person, you would not enjoy this food!!!! Worst experience ever! They overcooked the boneless wings! They were hard ( way overcooked ) on the outside and inside they were nasty, was dry as paper with no flavor at all. I mentioned it to the guy and he said they were cooked correctly. We tried to eat it and it was beyond disgusting. The only thing we ate was the french fries french fries were OK so they could do that much. I ate here a week ago and I had the Philly cheesesteak without onions and it was slimy and disgusting. It was actually depressing as I was trying to eat this low-grade low quality food and I should’ve known better but I was starving being at the galleria mall. There was only three choices. This was the lesser of three evils. McDonald’s is a big upgrade compared to this place. The most disturbing part is they don’t seem to know that their food quality is super bad. They seem to think that you’re crazy and their food is good. I had ordered a root beer as well and the mixture was wrong. It didn’t taste anything like root beer. I didn’t even bother to ask for a refund. I just threw it in the garbage and we went to Wendy’s. I would not recommend Charlie’s Philly steaks in the galleria mall, two different occasions and they were disgusting both times. There were other people sitting around me and they weren’t happy with their food as well. To the owner of this location, you need to rethink the way you cook because you don’t know what you’re doing.

  The employee David is horrible. He gave me only ONE piece of soggy old bacon ON PURPOSE!!!! and when i came back to get better bacon he said that’s all i’m getting although other Charleys locations put two pieces of crunchy bacon on regular sized sandwiches. He then refused to give me a refund and threatened to call authorities to get me removed from the mall (I called them at the same time), security shows up, and David tells the security that I came back into the mall with only one bacon because I ate it and that it was over 30 minutes ago -_- he started to lying like a bad kid that was caught breaking rules! that is SCARY! the security eventually asked him to refund me and i left, starving! But is that why theres no black employees here? why hasn’t there been pickles in about a year but it’s on every sandwich on the menu. Why does this store use Styrofoam containers and not the branded Charleys containers that they are supposed to? I am disgusted by this place and I will never eat there again and don’t recommend anyone else to

  The service is quick, friendly, and efficient here. Mall employees get meal discounts, snd the food is affordable and delicious! Thanks for a nice experience. Yummy and fun!
