Brock was an amazing waiter!!! The manager even came to our table twice to check on us. Where can you find that at?…The food was 1000000/10. My husband and I had the lamb chops that was fabulous. The lobster ravioli was tasty, will get it again. How can I forget the star of the show the chicken skewers which is seasonal so you have to go and try it. You will thank me later. But we really enjoyed our date night, Five stars all around!

We had an early morning flight from WV and had spent 5 hours traveling. My family of 4, including 2 young kids were exhausted and starving. Brittany took such great care of us. Prompt service, helpful with menu questions and engaging with my antsy kids. She got their food out so fast to prevent meltdowns. We are so grateful for her and positive attitude to help us kick off our vacation so well! All the stars.

Fabulous Happy Hour appetizers and drinks! The shrimp foccacia and the peach sangria are my favorites....meat ball sliders are also a favorite. Wait staff are friendly and Gabriel is outstanding... this location is a definite go to place before cruising!

This review pertains only to food ordered for delivery. Generally, the staff and cooks at restaurants take care with presentation and taste when the plates can be returned immediately and the customers are present. I am a huge fan of Carrabbas and used to eat there twice a month when the prices were reasonable. The online order cost well over $120 including a 18% tip for the driver of Uber Eats. We ordered lasagna, mozzarella marinara, chicken parmesian, and a chocolate brownie. It arrived cold, but we knew that was a possibility given the delivery distance of 10 miles. The mozzarella marinara was dry, and the lasagna looked awful. At the bottom of the container, there was about 1/16" of water that looked like sewer water which made it unappealing. The bottom pasta was spongey and gooey which eliminated my appetite. The maraina sauce for the mozzarella sticks was simply a small ball of vegetables. I think the extra water in the lasagna was meant for the marinara. Can't call it sauce, when dipping the mozzarella stick doesn't yield any sauce. Couldn't even tell i dipped it in anything. I received the least amount of sauce ever with this menu item. The chicken parmesian had partially melted slices of cheese on top and the chicken was dry. The free bread accompanying the order was mealy and had a bizarre texture. It wasnt the soft bread I am accustomed to from a Carrabbas. I would never order delivery from this carrabbas again. For the amount of money paid, it was extremely disappointing. I know this franchise location is capable of better product.
