I ordered ahead and I felt like a lot of care was put into getting the order right, as the designer called to clarify my preferences after reviewing the inspo photo. While they do offer full ice cream cakes their standard is to put a layer of vanilla sponge cake at the bottom to add some structure. I was nervous and even skeptical of this variation but I’m so glad I went with it because it was really lovely having the two textures together. As it happened when it was time to pick up the cake a week later there was a thunderstorm rolling in. When I arrived there was a wonderful mother daughter team working there that took the initiative to make sure I had a plan to get the cake from the store to my car without damaging it (they double wrapped it with an oversized plastic bag.) I noticed they had a lot of beautifully designed cakes in the store which is not as easy to produce with ice cream cakes. Will definitely be coming back!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
