  Awful establishment horrible service waited in a 30 minute line to be refused because of the angry woman at the register who was in a terrible mood and had a bad attitude and refused us. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never experienced such an atrocity. I will never come here again. I’d recommend going anywhere else. If you personally contact me, I will give you the name of the employee who was disrespectful. I highly recommend looking into this.

  Could not ask for a better way to start my morning. Angie was amazing. This is the third time having her as cashier and cook. She does amazing at both and always smiling.

  The service was very disappointing. The lady at the cashier was rude and not professional at all. There seemed to be a lack of basic hospitality our bagel was ready, but no one even made the effort to let us know, the place wasn’t clean at all. The only good thing about the experience was the bagel.

  My experience with Antoinette was absolutely unacceptable. She has a terrible attitude and speaks to people in a very disrespectful way. This morning she yelled at me for no reason and was extremely unprofessional. No one should have to deal with that kind of behavior when simply trying to get help or communicate. Instead of being calm and respectful, she was rude, aggressive, and clearly doesn’t know how to treat people properly. Customer service and basic respect go a long way, and unfortunately Antoinette shows neither.
