  I guess it's because the port of Fort Lauderdale is across the street but its a busy location and staff here are either overwhelmed or maybe don't understand customer service or they don't pay attention to orders given from customers. I ordered 2 of their breakfast sandwiches and both came out completely wrong, egg was cold, cream cheese was hardly on the bagel and I think the person taking the order really just wasn't listening to the types of sandwiches ordered. First time at this location though, maybe next time it'll be different. I do suggest putting someone that listens to take customer ordered would be great! Good luck...

  The woman working there is taking orders and touching everything and turning around and making the food with the same gloves. The health inspector should go in there. I left and refused to order after i saw her doing that! Disgusting!!!
