This has to be the worst dunkin store. They never have anything in stock, the only thing they do have in stock is no resolutions and attitude. How do you have no donuts at 2 in the afternoon and close at 8 at night? If this is a common behavior, I suggest that the owner and managers take a look into this because this is not how you run a business this is how you lose it.

As a customer, I feel like I’m an inconvenience and I should apologize even coming in to purchase anything from these employees couldn’t get a beverage had to ask for it after purchasing it. Everybody’s too busy cleaning or doing something else. Apparently this establishment does not need customers.

Oder a medium frozen drink. They give me the medium cup and it was half way empty. I ask them to fix it and they just added ice. And still the cup wasn't full. They had a bad attitude and the place is depressing. You can see by the picture that is not full after they "fix it" by adding a lot of ice. The flavor was horrible ended up throwing it away. Don't go to this location.

I went here when they opened 5 minutes ago from writing this review and the lady refused to open the door after standing and waiting and told me I need to walk through the drive through instead because shes the only one working today and when asked why she responded with " thats the rules " ???

I was in the drive-thru paying for my order when I overheard what appeared to be a manager make a comment in a rude tone saying, “phones never ready.” At that moment, I was in the process of handing my phone to complete my payment, so the remark felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect. Comments like that take away from the overall experience and do not reflect good customer service. The focus should be on providing accurate orders, fresh food, and a positive interaction with customers.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because professionalism and respectful communication are important in any customer-facing environment.
