I understand shift changes can be hectic—I work in the food industry myself—but this felt beyond that. There appeared to be a lack of basic standards: employees not in proper uniform (no hats or aprons), some using their phones, and overall a lack of professionalism. I also noticed cleanliness issues, including dirty tables and floors, which is concerning in a dining environment. On a positive note, there were a few employees who were clearly working hard, and they deserve recognition. Because this location is so close to my home, I was hoping for a better experience. I do think this location would benefit from stronger oversight and management attention.

I'v been skimped with online orders before, but giving almost no rice in a bowl requesting extra is ridiculous. I tip them every time amd this is what I get. I could have gone to La Bamba for $20. The team is nice and I have never had a problem when I order in person.
