  This is probably the only place in Florida that serves a plain butter biscuit, I DoorDash it almost every single morning but it’s unfortunate because they never can ever seem to give me the strawberry jelly that I ordered. I order like eight packs and they still don’t pay attention. I have ARFID. This is one of the only breakfast foods I can eat, without the strawberry jelly I can’t eat it. I Literally had to DoorDash an entire strawberry jelly because they can’t be bothered to pay attention. It is super frustrating because I like the small packs specifically because they taste different than a big jar of jelly. Just sucks I can’t choose another store to order from.

  Orlando the owner was disgusting! Very mean to a handicaped elderly lady who had obviously been there before because the entire staff was nice to her and happy to see her. After he was rude and demeaning to her and she finally said something back to him then he called the police. I will never go to this location again

  I told the kids 3 times please do not make spicy, no lettuce and no tomatoes and no pickles me and my wife we’re allergic. They gave the wrong order twice. Again spicy. They don’t listen they don’t care if we’re allergic and they took too much time to make the second wrong order…come on I need to deal with my wife hungry pregnant and frustrated

  This Chick-fil-A looks like a mix between a youth support group and a halfway house. Service was awful but what takes the cake is the horrible, nonchalant cashier working the front today, name tag says Dimitri and receipt says Mayara. Prime example of what I’m talking about. No type of customer service, no sense or urgency. While I’m waiting, some older woman says “what happened with this order?” She walks to the little skater nonchalant woman cashier, cashier turns around and gives her the food.. lady says she waited over 20 minutes as she stormed out cursing… horrible experience. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  I’ve been a loyal customer and frequent diner at this Chick-fil-A for a long time, and the Cobb Salad is my go-to. However, today was a massive disappointment. The chicken in my salad was clearly not fresh. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to return it. After explaining the situation to the young manager, she didn't even offer a replacement or an apology for the inconvenience. When I asked for a grilled chicken meal instead, she actually tried to tell me there would be an upcharge. It’s completely unacceptable to ask a customer for more money after they’ve already been inconvenienced by your sub-par food. Instead of making it right, the manager's lack of empathy made it worse. I ended up just asking for a refund. You’ve officially lost a loyal regular.
