Since then, Pollo Tropical has been dedicated to preparing fresh, great tasting foods in their kitchens every day – like their signature Grilled Chicken and Mojo Roast Pork, served with the fan-favorite black beans and rice, in platters and TropiChop bowls.

AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Service is slow if you order inside. Drive thru is normal speed but beware you will be missing items or you will be given bad quality food. I was given a "whole chicken" unfortunately this chicken was missing both chicken breast and a thigh. And too make matters worse, they serve you plantains that are burned pass the point of no return. I recommend asking for your receipt, they tend to purposefully not give it to you at the window. I guess you can't complain if you don't have proof of purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

The food was great and fast, I'm not sure for why the scores at this location are low, might be hard to keep up during busy times but everything was great for us.
