The burgers are incredible. Staff is all very friendly. Make sure to stop by the Coffee Corral for some Amish Ice Cream & delicious lattes!

I am genuinely shocked that a place so heavily hyped by friends and acquaintances could deliver such a profoundly disappointing experience. At first glance, I’ll admit it looks like a charming, heart-warming little “hole in the wall” burger joint, which made the letdown even worse. The woman taking orders was polite and professional — unfortunately, that was the high point of the visit. After nearly a 30-minute wait, the food arrived, and that’s where everything fell apart. I ordered the Big Bison Burger with a side of onion rings. The burger was not only cold, but completely devoid of flavor. I’m not sure what “medium” means in this kitchen, but this burger was aggressively overcooked — somehow managing to be both cold and beyond well done at the same time. If cooking to order isn’t something they can execute, they shouldn’t bother asking customers how they want their burgers prepared. The onion rings were the lone passable item on my plate, and that’s being generous. They were crispy but badly overcooked and so dry they were bordering on freeze-dried by the time they reached the table. My wife ordered the Black and Blue Burger Special, which was equally underwhelming. Overcooked, flavorless, and smothered in a strange, runny blue cheese sauce that did nothing to improve it. The side of fries — roughly 15 limp, soggy, cold, and completely flavorless potatoes — only reinforced how little care was put into the meal. Our son had the chicken tenders, which I sampled, and shockingly, they were the best thing we were served. Even so, I would have preferred frozen, fry-to-order tenders over either burger without hesitation. They were also the only item from our entire $60 meal that arrived above room temperature. I drove 45 minutes one way to eat here, and I genuinely cannot understand the reputation this place has. This wasn’t a minor off day — it was a complete failure of execution. I sincerely hope others don’t go out of their way based on the hype alone, because the food simply does not justify the time, cost, or drive.

First time my wife and I visit Pudgee's. The food was real good. Definitely a home town place to eat. The staff was pleasant and helpful with the menu. We will definitely eat there again.

Excellent food, grade atmosphere, friendly staff, fast service !!!! Plenty of space inside and out. It is family oriented with some game set up outside complementary. Best burgers in town. Only a few minutes from downtown Inverness.

Pudgees used to be the best little hotdog and burger place around. Man have they went downhill. The staff is no longer super friendly, on my burger they put the cheese on top of the toppings instead of on the meat where it belongs to melt. They are no longer using the crisp Sabrett hot dogs that they were using. The buns look like they came from the cheap bin, and don’t get me started on their “meal deal”. In reply to the owner. I appreciate what you have done since taking over the business. Everything has been great every other time I’ve been here. This time however, the hot dog tasted like some of the cheapest hot dogs I’ve had, not the quality I’m used to here. The burger had the cheese placed on top of the cold toppings instead of on the meat where it would melt, and the staff was not friendly at all.
