It might seem like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference and really brightens my day. Her kindness and consistency make Panera feel personal and welcoming every time I come in and she is there. Nat is a real asset to this location—customer service like hers is rare and very appreciated!

I think her name was mary fraze maybe, She took the time to make sure everyone and everything was running perfectly. If she isnt a lead manager then that is sad.
