  We got half a dozen bagels this morning to go ,and the bagels were on the small side we felt. The bagels also lacked a lot of flavor. We couldn’t taste anything in the blueberry or cinnamon raisin bagels. My wife had onion powder on her cinnamon raisin bagel. That pretty much ruined her bagel. The staff and manager are great ,so they are doing great on that part. I would agree with other customers that they do need to get some shades for the windows because it was very warm inside. It’s only April ,and eating inside along the windows in July and August would be torture. Would we come back? Probably not. It was mainly a food quality issue for not wanting to coming back.

  I absolutely LOVE this location. The food is always great but the service and the staff here are amazing. They always go above and beyond. Truly every person that works here is great. Definitely a 10/10 always!

  Whatever I’m feeling - Einstein Bros always delivers!! I love their Bagels and huge selection of FRESH topping piled high!! I stopped in to dine though I often order thru DoorDash, and the ENERGY was so good!! The shop was busy with a line to the door and online orders 👀. The staff was so ✨vibrant✨ and engaged with everyone in line. I want them all to know how much I really appreciate their coolness and YUMMY EATS!!

  Stella recommended the Maplehouse (i think) and it was AMAZING! Service was great and super patient, amazing recommendations, and super fun and energetic staff. everything was affordable and delicious!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even though the bagels I ordered weren’t available when I arrived, I completely understand that life happens and some things are simply out of our control — including running out of bagels. What truly mattered was how Erica and Brian at the Fleming Island Einstein Bagels handled it. They went above and beyond to meet my expectations and made sure I still left as a very satisfied customer. Their professionalism, kindness, and problem-solving mindset turned the situation into a great experience. Customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you both — I’ll definitely be back!
